It takes me 1 hour and 22 minutes to get from the parking garage in Newbury Street in Boston to the New Hampton School, for what it's worth to help you time it.

It takes me 1 hour and 15 minutes to get from the parking garage in Portsmouth to New Hampton School.

It takes me 1 hour and 18 minutes from Newmarket, NH

It takes 1 hour 10 minutes from North Conway, NH

I haven't done the drive from Keene for you, sorry.
NOTE: There is a race (of the auto variety) that weekend, so give yourself a little wiggle room for traffic.

If you are wondering where New Hampton is, it's not far from Boston. Just up I-93 to Exit 23, a little over an hour.

Just FYI, the following places are sold out:

Holiday Inn Express Tilton
The Common Man Inn
Hampton Inn Tilton
The Henry Whipple House Bed & Breakfast

It looks like the Courtyard by Marriott – Concord still has a few rooms left.

There will be sessions on Sunday, until lunch, but I'm expecting many to leave. There will not be lunch served on Sunday, only breakfast - same reason.

On Friday I'll be getting there early to finalize dorm arrangements, but the school is taking care of linens, etc.

There will be separate tickets available starting in 2010 for people to sleep over, and people to come for just Saturday.

The original plan was to do Sat/Sun that weekend, but the team felt it would anger many families to have to celebrate Father's Day the weekend before or after, though that would have worked fine for me. :) So this is our compromise arrangement - a stretched schedule to accommodate early Sunday departures. the start time on Friday may adjust a we get closer, but at the moment it assumes starting classes first and going to the dorms after dinner.

Fix the 2009 dates aboves. Or we've missed it already.

Schedule sounds like:
3pm-??? on friday including dorm setup/etc...
all day Saturday sessions into the early evening... then partytime.
Sunday wrapup? Maybe a group of events on Sunday for those who don't have to run off?

I can't say enough about my experience with Podcamp NH! Run extremely well, the sessions were great and the people were amazingly friendly. The venue worked well and the food was wonderful. Northern NH really needs this! I plan on attending next year and would be happy to help promote. Many thanks to all of you!

I think 2 more sessions could have been squeezed in (9a-10a and 4p-5p) Maybe add a 3rd day (Friday?)

This was a lot of fun, and I think the summer one will gain a bigger crowd (especially from VT & ME)

Overall very satisfied with the whole event, no complaints with the event itself. If I *had* to nit-pick I thought the timing of the local accommodations links cut it a bit close to the event date, but heck.. we can all Google a hotel right? Well organized and everyone did a wonderful job! Also impressed with the questions the participants had for the various presenters. And how can we forget ROCK SOLID WI-FI! WOW! Big ups to the NHS IT dept!

Awesome event!! Ditto on so many great sessions, great challenge deciding which one's to attend. Even the impromptu sessions were incredible!! Great team effort by everyone to make it a fun, informative and engaging event - the great facility and food was a huge unexpected bonus!! Thanks to everyone that help put it together!

I really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The venue was outstanding, the food was great. The rooms made a great size for a discussion. The projectors worked. The WiFi worked. And the T-Shirt was a bonus

Thank you for organizing the PodCampNH event. I hope it will continue annually (I'm hearing June?). I found it very enlightening and educational, but most of all...FUN. Many of the sessions were exactly what I was interested in (video tips/tricks, social media specifics). My biggest problem was choosing which to attend since I wanted to attend them all. The food and location was excellent for a free venue. Kudos!
